Born in Kabul. Raised in Hamburg. Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis at his peak — and used his own method to rebuild from it.

Trained in Japanese Budo, Chinese Qi Gong, Zen meditation, NLP, and hypnotherapy over more than two decades. Brown belt in Judo, multiple championships including Hamburg city champion. Known as The Somatic Alchemist.
